About me

Hey, Hi, Hello! My name is Alice, I’m a runner & Coach, amongst other things, with a passion for endurance and the outdoors!

About me

I was born and raised in Scotland, surrounded by landscapes that inspired the name Monadh—Gaelic for a mountain covered in heather. Movement has always been part of my life. I tried nearly every sport as a kid (with varying degrees of talent!), but running was the one that stuck.

As a coach, I combine science and lived experience to help runners thrive—whether you’re chasing a PB, training for your first race, or just falling back in love with the run. My approach is individualised, evidence-based, and—most importantly—fun.
