I believe in sustainable progress, not quick fixes. That means building fitness gradually, celebrating consistency, and finding joy in the process—not just the finish line.

Whether you’re chasing a personal best, training for your first race, or rediscovering your love for running, I’m here to support you with a thoughtful, flexible approach that respects your body, your time, and your motivations.

I got into coaching for two big reasons: I care deeply about athlete health, and I want to be part of changing the coaching landscape—specifically by helping increase the number of female coaches in our sport.

Your training will be grounded in the latest sport science and real-world application. With a background in Sport Science and experience as an elite athlete, I combine proven principles with a flexible approach that prioritises long-term development, health, and joy in the process.

$140 per month, with complete personal coaching and unlimited access, including daily updates for your individual needs
